Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP CX / C4C Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  2. At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
  3. The location for this position is Detroit, MI. The position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. At least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs with experience of CRM / Customer Service Management modules, SAP C4C.
  2. Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries in North America.
  3. Key process and architectural knowledge in Move in Move out areas, fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes.
  4. Experience in BRF+.
  5. Experience of at least 1 end-to-end lifecycle implementation including:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Business process design
  • SAP configuration
  • RICEFW Functional design
  • Systems and Integration Testing
  • Resolving production issues
Strong client-facing experience, great communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in advanced Excel-based data analysis of SAP ISU data. Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore. Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
