The Real Estate & Construction Coordinator is passionate and eager to participate in helping ARS Brands achieve our annual and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Development, the position is primarily

responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of the department through administrative leadership for multiple projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review, process and track all project invoices
  • Facilitate brand required paperwork across multiple platforms for new restaurant openings (NRO) and remodels
  • Manage tasks associated with new store possession including utility transfer, key transfer, etc.
  • Assist Real Estate Manager and Construction Manager in project status tracking in SmartSheet
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional NRO and remodel calls and assist with tracking follow up as needed
  • Assist Construction Manager with required NRO research and paperwork associated with licensing and permitting to obtain Certificate of Occupancy
  • Assist Facilities Manager with budget tracking, equipment ordering, and other duties as needed

  • Manage file storage in Microsoft Teams to ensure all relevant and required documents are properly stored

  • Identify and recommend improvement opportunities in processes

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in real estate, facilities management, and/or construction within the restaurant industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and with excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to interact effectively with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Teams; SmartSheet knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to travel (overnight included) as needed across 5 markets and other locations as needed
  • This role is currently work-from-home but is expected to transition to an office-based position in Dallas in the future
