Summary:

The National Vice President of Business Development , EVS , is responsible for leading the national growth and expansion for XENDELLA, part of the NEXDINE Hospitality family of companies, in Environmental Services – Housekeeping, Laundry, Facilities Management, Plant Operations, and related services - with a strong focus on Senior Living, while also selling into Healthcare Corporate Dining, and Education. This experienced Sales executive will have proven experience identifying and cultivating new business relationships with leading organizations who view these important services dining and hospitality as an integral part of their unique brand and culture.

The National Vice President of Business Development, EVS will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong financial acumen, responsiveness, and an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality. Your deep passion for the Hospitality industry and desire to take pride in your work will be immediately noticed and rewarded through our highly competitive compensation, commission, and bonus structure. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to meet new sales goals
  • Establish a territory management plan to identify and manage new opportunities
  • Manage and grow database of prospects and activities
  • Develop financial proformas, proposals, and presentations
  • Travel as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in EVS
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • P&L management and financial analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce technology
  • Self-driven “hunter” mentality, strong prospecting skills
  • Detail-orientation
