Synergy is embarking on an ambitious journey to be the absolute BEST marketing and public relations firm in the local area. We are seeking someone who is articulate, bright, and detail-oriented for this position Our Business Development Manager would train alongside our team of leaders to top regional Marketing & Sales Firm.
Our Business Development Manager learns hands-on what it would take to become a successful entrepreneur. At Synergy, our Manager would be tackling research and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. When joining our team, you’ll discover that every day is constantly changing and adapting to the “new normal”. We want to offer this person new and exhilarating opportunities. Once someone achieves consistency in the position, they will be guaranteed new expansion options, have free reign of choosing new clients to work with and manage a large team of Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions to drive revenue.
- Observe and learn from senior account managers by detailed note-taking.
- Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages.
- 1-2 years of experience in a business, marketing, sales, or customer service position.
- Experience with teamwork and leading others.
- Creative & outside-the-box thinker.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Follow all company policies and guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions and safety measures.
- Have a strong and positive attitude.
