Hybrid 3 days per week in Client office or Leeds/London based on location


Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Small Medium Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and expand our high-velocity business relationships. Reporting to the UK/SEUR Leader, you'll focus on growing our co-sell relationship with the Microsoft SMC Segment and strategic resellers to drive pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships within Microsoft SMC Operating Units and field sales teams to boost joint revenue and acquire new customers.
  2. Co-sell Messaging: Enhance our security co-sell messaging to Microsoft Sales leadership and facilitate connections between field sales teams.
  3. Pipeline Development: Collaborate with Microsoft SMC and Channel Corporate teams to build a joint pipeline.
  4. Market Opportunities: Leverage existing relationships to create and execute new go-to-market strategies.
  5. Business Planning: Develop measurable business plans, conduct QBRs with stakeholders, and drive sales success.
  6. Joint Initiatives: Partner with BlueVoyant sales and marketing teams to support joint initiatives with assigned partners.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present partnership status updates and sales results to executives and stakeholders.
  8. Prospecting: Engage with new customer bases.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven track record in prospecting new customer bases and understanding Microsoft’s business and SMC Segment.
  2. Background: Recent experience as a Microsoft seller or in a partner co-sell role with Microsoft.
  3. Industry Experience: 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Cybersecurity Sales.
  4. Channel Support: Experience in enabling and growing channel partner sales teams.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk, Threat Intelligence, Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and M365 security solutions.
  6. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  7. Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  3. Interest or background in cybersecurity.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft and Salesforce.com.
  5. Passionate and results driven.
  6. Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment.
  7. Collaborative mindset across teams.
  8. Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly manner.
  9. Ownership of tasks with appropriate escalation.
  10. Hunter mentality for prospecting.
  11. Language skills in Spanish or Italian are a plus.
