*Responsibilities:*


* Greet and assist customers promptly; gather vehicle and client information

* Assess vehicle needs based on its history and condition, and recommend services

* Explain technical details and service recommendations to customers in clear terms

* Prepare detailed estimates for parts and labor, prioritizing transparency

* Update customers on service progress and manage service timelines

* Ensure billing accuracy and conduct thorough delivery reviews with customers

* Build lasting relationships to enhance customer loyalty and referrals

* Work collaboratively to uphold a positive team environment

*Job Requirements:*


* Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, experience with Subaru is a plus

* Excellent customer service skills

* Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional conduct

* Effective communication skills, proficiency in Reynolds and Reynolds a plus

* Ability to manage a fast-paced work setting and maintain motivation

* Consistent work history, valid driver’s license, and a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

* Must pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
