Position Highlights:

  • Sign-On Package total of up to $30,000
  • Student Loan Repayment: This position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary

  • Performs radiologic examinations and Bone Densitometry (DEXAscans) to allow accurate interpretation for diagnosis.
  • Completes all appropriate paperwork.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate's degree from an accredited school of Radiology required.
  • Previous experience preferred. 

Required License/Certification/Registration

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate (Radiology) certification or eligible required.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
    • Weekday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Evening and Saturday Urgent Care rotation
    • Occasional weekend (Rotate on-call Saturdays with rest of clinic rad team)
    • Occasional call time (Saturday urgent care rotation)

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $23.75 - $36.00 per hour
