Power Platform Senior Technical Consultant

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team working remote.

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the creation of Power Platform solutions.
* - Work with the Product Owner and/or Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and create technical designs.
* - Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate solution designs.
* - Active participation in stakeholder education, discovery, planning, and design sessions.
* - Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.
* - Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to.
* - Plan and perform client demos

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have experience creating business applications, as well as with canvas apps, Power Automate flows, Power Portals, and Power Virtual Agents. You'll bring the insights that you've gained from project implementations using the Microsoft Solution stack to our team. We'd be thrilled to learn that you also have these core skills, interests and experience:

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience creating business applications.

- Expertise with relational database concepts.

- Ability to work independently and be self-driven with minimal supervision.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

- Active Microsoft certifications (PL-200)

- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio

- Power BI Experience

- Knowledge of full SDLC, Agile development methodologies, and application development life cycle.

- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

- Understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell

- Experience using Visual Studio, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other source control management tools

- Azure development fundamentals

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $85,200 to $115,600. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
