Primary Objective: Provide overall strategic information technology leadership, continuously assess company-wide technology, and implement solutions that effectively meet company business needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmap to deliver solutions that meet company business needs.
  • Translate long-range strategic objectives into executable near-term actions including budgets, resource plans, and success measures.
  • Lead and create a highly engaged IT team.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for the company’s enterprise business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, QMS).
  • Advance knowledge in emerging technologies and make recommendations to address organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and deliver optimal solutions for data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze and update current technology systems to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Allocate resources and investments in accordance with the company’s Annual Operating Planning process.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for IT systems and applications.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for security and disaster recovery.
  • Oversee the IT cyber security program in conjunction with the NIST framework.
  • Own IT disaster recovery plan in conjunction with the business continuity plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT/IS Services or relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years experience in Senior Leadership role.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Results-driven with proficiency in leading and motivating teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Project Management skills to successfully manage complex projects.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Presentation skills to summarize complex issues for non-technical individuals.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems, security, and data storage systems.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and Azure cloud services.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible hours to ensure 24/7 service of core applications/systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical devices or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data warehouse design.
  • Experience with e-commerce and cloud-based applications.
  • Application development and software implementation management experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sits for 8 hours/day.
