Practice Management empowers financial advisors to lead their branch team in building a successful practice by supporting and guiding them at every stage of their career.
The Sr Practice Management Strategist - Practice Enablement Solutions is responsible for evolving the Salesforce branch desktop strategies and tools, including integration of cross-firm capabilities that support design, delivery, learning, change management, and adoption. The Sr. Strategist partners with internal stakeholders & branch teams to design and implement structured processes, experiences, & solutions that help branch teams drive successful practice growth & productivity, which includes and is not limited to supporting knowledge powered ambitions and scaling practice enablement capabilities to help achieve the firm's strategic ambitions. This is a business strategy role inclusive of digital and non-digital capabilities. The Senior Strategist leads the most complex and overarching topics and informally develops and leads others.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. Hiring Minimum: $113810
Hiring Maximum: $193785

- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum Experience: 6-10 years in technology, analytical, business strategy, or product management roles
- Series 7 and 66 required within 12 months of hire
- 5+ years Salesforce experience preferred
