We’re looking for Site Reliability Engineering Interns to join our engineering team. Reporting to an Engineering manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement automation tools for operational efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.
  • Create dashboards and alerts to monitor system health and performance.
  • Work on incident management automation, ensuring fast and effective response times.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Rising Sophomore or Junior actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field in progress
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools or frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Nagios).
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating dashboards with tools like Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • Interest in building automated solutions for incident management and response.
Example Projects You Might Work On
  • Automate runbooks for incident management and integrate them with monitoring systems.
  • Build dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor the health of large-scale distributed systems.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
  • Create automated testing suites to ensure the reliability of critical infrastructure components.
  • Design tools to analyze and optimize system performance under various workloads.
