Looking for a flexible role, to set your own schedule, and the chance to earn more as a collaborating physician? Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.
You must be licensed in and living in South Carolina in order to qualify.
Interested in in-home visits as well?
Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations, commonly known as Health Risk Assessments, to health plan members.

* Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability
* Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
* Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments

Payment is contingent on the signing and execution of the collaborating physician contract/agreement and the fulfillment of all position requirements. The bonus payout is at the sole discretion of Signify Health.

* The primary care physician gets a snapshot of a person in an office setting, but with Signify Health, we see things like the number of steps to enter their home, the state of disrepair those steps may be in, and the person s ability to function comfortably and with ease in their own home.
