We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Sanctions Engineering to join our Compliance Engineering team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida on a Hybrid schedule.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Direct Sanctions Technology Strategy
- Manage technology delivery across vendor products and in-house developed capabilities
- Identify capabilities to drive completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of our screening
- Partner with stakeholders and partners to collaborate on innovative solutions
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 12+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management, and administrative experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Sanctions Technology Experience, with strong familiarity with capabilities of industry-leading solutions such as Fircosoft or Bridger.
- Experience in the design, build, implementation, and maintenance of complex technology platforms.
- People Leadership of technology resources to empower, enable, and develop their skillsets and performance.
- Hands-on Development experience earlier in career.
