Job Description:

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: The Cardiology Testing Department is seeking an experienced Echocardiographer to perform rest echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, enter all measurements and perform special protocols.

Role Overview:
  • Prepare all work necessary to perform accurate and quality exams.
  • Perform rest echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with TEE’s and send the probe for cleaning.
  • Monitor patient flow
  • Facilitate efficient scheduling of patients.
  • Produce accurate records and logs.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an Associates degree.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Echocardiogram experience.
  • RDCS or RCS required as well as BCLS certification.
  • Candidates must be registered through ARDMS or CCI.
  • Good computer knowledge as reports are generated offline.

  • Able to make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information
  • Highly motivated and able to work well with others

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: 4 days, 10 hours 8am - 6pm, OR 5 days 8 hour shifts, 9am - 5pm
  • Onsite
  • Location: 1275 York Avenue in NYC
  • Report to: Supervisor, Cardiovascular Lab

Pay Range: $39.44-$63.08
