JDA Allocation, Demand & Fulfillment and Enterprise Planning

Responsibilities:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in implementing/supporting JDA Allocation, JDA Demand and Fulfillment Planning, JDA Enterprise Planning.
  • Ensure overall integration between business requirements, technical solution, business processes, and change.
  • Co-develop technical integration requirements among non-JDA systems to deliver effective end-to-end integrated solutions.
  • Participate in the completion of business driven deliverables and directly interact with customers.
  • Provide thought leadership in decision making.
  • Proactive governance and checkpoints to ensure quality and consistency of delivery.
  • Implementation experience in JDA Allocation, JDA Demand & Fulfillment Planning.
  • Facilitate fit/gap analysis, identify impacts, and prepare training related to Demand & Supply Planning processes.
  • Coordinate with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications.
  • Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements and provide technical leadership in the development/implementation project.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of Supplier, Manufacturer & Retailer in Supply Chain Planning.
  • Knowledge of all configurations and architecture, need variables in JDA Allocation, forecasting algorithms in JDA Demand Planning, and supply planning processes in Fulfillment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.
  • Strong consulting mindset and exceptional client interfacing skills.
  • Knowledge of other JDA modules would be an added advantage like ESP and Demand 360.
  • Knowledge of estimation techniques and presales experience would be desirable.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
