We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Architect to revolutionize automation platforms across HealthEdge business units. You will lead a team of Sr SDET and SDET to bring in visionary modern design to various types of testing frameworks that work efficiently in the CI/CD process and increase automation adoption to boost SDLC.

Your Impact:

  1. Design, develop and oversee the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks, test data management frameworks, and various internal tools for development and test engineers.
  2. Take responsibility for test infrastructure including environments and software, liaising with teams such as DevOps and Support in areas such as CI/CD and containerization.
  3. Monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and implement improvements through analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC.
  4. Participate in tool analysis, create proof of concept models, and make recommendations for tools selection.
  5. Stay updated on process, practice, and technology developments in the industry.
  6. Oversee and mentor SDETs assigned to various scrum teams to help build testing tools.
  7. Collaborate with other teams for successful delivery of General Availability releases.
  8. Promote QA processes, practices, and standardization.

What You Bring:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or similar field.
  2. 8+ years’ experience working in tech as a QE or developer.
  3. 5+ years’ hands-on experience designing automation frameworks for large enterprise applications.
  4. Demonstrated experience in test automation development using frameworks and tools like Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium/Cypress.
  5. Strong developer with knowledge of software testing practices and technology stack.
  6. Experience with test case management tools like Testrail or Zephyr.
  7. Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with analytical capabilities.
  9. Prior Agile development experience in a CI/CD environment.
  10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.

Geographic Responsibility: While HealthEdge is located in Burlington, MA you may live anywhere in the US.

Type of Employment: Full-time, permanent.
