Work You'll Do:
As a Workday Grants Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and optimization of Workday Grants Management software for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to configure, implement, and customize Workday Grants modules based on the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and requirements related to grants management.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and recommending solutions to align with clients' objectives.
  3. Lead the implementation of Workday Grants Management modules, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with client specifications.
  4. Customize Workday functionalities to meet unique client requirements, including data migration and integration.
  5. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Workday Grants Management modules.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
  7. Conduct training sessions for end-users and client administrators to ensure a smooth transition to the new Workday Grants system.
  8. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
  9. Create and maintain detailed documentation of configuration, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
  10. Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies and best practices.

About You:

  1. Bachelor's degree in (relevant field) or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proven experience in implementing and configuring Workday Grants Management modules.
  3. In-depth knowledge of grants management processes and industry best practices.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Workday certification in Grants Management is a plus.
