Job Posting: Trust and Probate Litigation Attorney

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trust and Probate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating for clients in complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Represent clients in trust and probate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary misconduct claims.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage discovery processes.
  • Prepare and present cases in court.
  • Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active California State Bar license.
  • Minimum of 3-14 years of experience in trust and probate litigation.
  • Strong understanding of California probate law and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases and work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
