Your Role as RN Unit Manager
As an RN Unit Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care and operational excellence on your unit. You will:

* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain nursing objectives and standards of care.
* Act as a clinical and managerial resource, fostering positive changes and improvements in care delivery.
* Conduct daily rounds, addressing resident care needs and clinical responsibilities when necessary.
* Ensure accurate, high-quality documentation and monitor compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
* Participate in resident care conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians.

What You ll Bring

* Licensure : Current RN license in Iowa.
* Certification : CPR certification required.
* Experience :

* Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
* At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing.
