Join our Controls team in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), the firm's largest Line of Business. As a Control Manager Vice President, you'll be responsible for leading and building out an enhanced control framework which supports a continuous and integrated approach to risk assessment. Additionally, you will ensure the team assists in top down risk analysis, real time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis and remediation.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Drive risk and control mapping for AML/KYC requirements across CCB allowing for consistent documentation and oversight of AML/KYC compliance.
  2. Develop oversight framework and reporting allowing for awareness of control evaluation timeframes, changes in risks and controls and aligning issue descriptions across CCB.
  3. Create a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.
  4. Review and analyze program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support business-related programs and strategies.
  5. Provide leadership support for the end-to-end execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment, including control breaks and resolutions, to reduce financial loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk.
  6. Engage with control colleagues across the firm, business, operations management, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators and technology control functions.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  2. 7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance preferred.
  3. Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create, and evaluate a Risk & Control Self-Assessment in conjunction with business partners.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
