1. Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements within their organizations
2. Create a customized project roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the deliverables/activities for each phase of the project
3. Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health
4. Ensure that key initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives
5. Determine appropriate metrics and measures that will help the client measure progress, reinforce behavior, and improve implementation results
6. Coordinate with other initiatives to make sure there is a common understanding on timelines and other overlaps
7. Utilize Project Management frameworks and methods in a variety of roles
8. Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value
9. Contribute to internal areas such as business development, people development, recruiting, marketing, and more
10. Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
11. Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
12. Assess the current business process and supporting systems in an effort to identify process gaps and/or deficiencies
13. Develop and document processes, use cases, etc. to demonstrate business requirements
14. Analyze “as is” state and document future needs; make recommendations about potential opportunities to streamline business processes
15. Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals, understanding how potential process and system changes might impact upstream and downstream processes and/or systems
16. Work and/or collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop business cases as well as define a roadmap to implement the remediation
17. Advise key stakeholders on the latest principles, best practices, and/or technologies and their practical application
18. Work with key stakeholders to improve existing or developing new operational processes and procedures, on a regional/global basis as needed
19. Implement recommended solutions and support business transformation
20. Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
21. Perform subject matter research and business analysis
22. Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
23. Support practice, thought leadership, and people development

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline
2. 3+ years’ experience in Consulting and Tech Industry
3. Solid understanding of business processes related to technology industry
4. Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls with "end-to-end" global business processes & sub-processes including (data and process) integration points, policies, and procedures
5. Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment
6. Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
7. Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required
8. Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively seek guidance from management or update status to management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
9. Consulting experience required
10. Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
11. Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal
12. Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
13. Solid facilitation experience
14. Expert with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
15. Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
16. Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing, effective feedback
17. Ability to facilitate project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results
18. Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
19. Based in Seattle or Denver and eligible to work in the United States

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
