Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals.
  • Provide investment advisory services with a focus on portfolio management and asset allocation.
  • Educate clients on various financial products and strategies, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Monitor clients' financial progress and regularly review and adjust their plans as necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide timely advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions for clients.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teammates.
  • Proven ability to develop customized financial plans based on client needs.
  • Currently hold relevant licenses (Series 7, Series 6 - or equivalents, State Life & Health Insurance)
  • Currently hold relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, AAMS, APMA, CLTC, CIC, LUTCF, etc) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
