A healthcare facility in El Paso, TX, is in need of a Medical Physicist to join its Radiation Oncology team and provide physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel concerning aspects of patient care and treatment. Our client is seeking a certified Medical Physicist to join their El Paso practices, which offers a comprehensive range of external beam radiation therapy procedures using state-of-the-art equipment. The equipment includes a Varian 21iX Clinac, GE PET/CT, MOSAIQ ROIS, Eclipse, and RadCalc, catering to the treatment of 30 patients daily. The practice emphasizes quality assurance with a shared database for ROIS, treatment planning, 2nd check program, and SNC SunCHECK, incorporating QA tools such as Profiler2, MapCheck2, SNC Routine, and 3D scanning systems. Will consider a board eligible candidate as well.

Requirements
MS in Medical Physics
ABR/TX License
1+ years of experience

Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively to a group via phone/face to face
Strong technical aptitude
Strong analytical, math, physics skills, including data collection, problem-solving
The ability to resolve complex technical issues independently
Self-motivated, organized
Detail-oriented
Possess strong time management skills

Estimated Pay
The facility provides a competitive range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location. It is possible that this position can be hired outside of this salary range based on experience.
