* Business Development (50%): Lead enterprise sales efforts, including outreach, closing, and negotiations.
* Sales Training (7.5%): Conduct weekly training on sales techniques and CRM usage.
* Client Management (30%): Guide the sales team, manage client interactions, and support account closings.
* Team Management (7.5%): Provide feedback, handle performance discussions, and resolve conflicts.
* Additional Duties (5%): Perform tasks to support sales and team development as needed.Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales with proven success in revenue generation.
* Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in talent acquisition, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus.
* Local Network: Strong connections in the Greenville/Spartanburg area preferred.Milestones:

* 3 months: Achieve revenue goals and demonstrate WorkSmart's value.
