Sentara ENT Specialists is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our team at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA. Candidates should have an interest in practicing general otolaryngology in a community-based setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Employed position with Sentara Medical Group, a division of award winning, Sentara Health.
- Diagnose and treat full spectrum general ENT conditions, pediatrics to adult.
- Call Schedule: 1:5
- Strong referral base, and physician marketing support to ramp up quickly.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary + wRVU Productivity Compensation + Quality Performance Incentive.
