Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes & equipment to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate new processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement quality control measures to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide engineering solutions to improve production performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) & analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and execution of validation protocols for equipment and processes, provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical process control.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
