Quality Engineer key responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols to uphold product quality and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage supplier quality by establishing quality requirements, conducting audits, and addressing quality issues in the supply chain.

  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications through thorough documentation and adherence to best practices.

Profile

Quality Engineer key qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering roles within the electronics industry or a related field, showcasing expertise in quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interaction with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Experience in supplier quality management, including supplier audits, quality requirements establishment, and collaboration to maintain high standards.
