Sales Administrator – Schwerpunkt Key Accounts

Als wichtiger Teil unseres Key Account Vertriebsteams sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Kunden und Partner bestmöglich betreut werden. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kollegen im Key Account Management Team zusammen und unterstützt sie tatkräftig. Dein Fokus liegt auf administrativen Aufgaben, die für einen reibungslosen Vertriebsablauf sorgen.
Die Rolle als Sales Administrator ist direkt verfügbar und in Hannover oder Berlin zu besetzen.
- Du erstellst Angebote und bearbeitest Auftragsanfragen.
- Du koordinierst und wickelst Vertragsverlängerungen ab.
- Du prüfst Rechnungen und erledigst die dazugehörige Dokumentation.
- Du verfolgst Aufträge nach.
- Du organisierst und koordinierst Kundentermine.
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei der Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM-System.
- Du stehst als Ansprechpartner für administrative Fragen zur Verfügung.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise in der IT-Branche.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert.
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
