* Clinical Role:

* Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-trained with EM experience are welcome to apply
* Physician-led organization
* 21k/yr ED volume
* 20 bed ED
* 24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
* 14 hours/day of APP coverage
* Paragon EMR
* Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)
* Competitive rates

* Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required

* Organization:

* May be contracted as W2 w/benefits or 1099 independent contractor w/ guaranteed shifts
* 1099- $230/hr
* W2- $220/hr
* Additional $10/hour would be added for candidates interested in working all night shifts
* Additional $10/hour would be added for candidates interested in floating
* W2 positions offer:
* Health/Dental/Vision (w/HSA)
* $250k group life policy
* 401k w/company contribution
* $3000 CME
