Critical thinker: You analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that support community development goals.
Collaborative: You communicate effectively and work well with clients, financial partners, and internal teams.

Experience: At least five to seven years of professional experience in community development finance, real estate finance, urban planning, or commercial banking. Direct experience with LIHTC projects is highly preferred.
Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
