Le Contract Legal Counsel gère tous les aspects juridiques des opérations et du business de 3DS, servant tous les entités et toutes les organisations du Groupe, à travers les marques, les industries et les GEOs, y compris la Stratégie, les Ventes & Engagement du client, R&D, Marketing, Finance, etc.

Le Poste est proposé en CDI et basé à Vélizy-Villacoublay, France.

  • Fonctionner en tant que partenaire commercial pour tous les aspects juridiques liés aux opérations locales dans Eurowest, pour tous les modèles d'engagement et les fonctions (ventes, services, R&D, finance, marketing, etc.) avec un focus principal sur le soutien aux ventes. Élaborer et négocier les accords clients avec les équipes de ventes et de services.
  • Fournir aux parties prenantes pertinentes des conseils juridiques dans tous les domaines d'expertise (PI, litiges, antitrust, lois du travail, réglementations d'exportation, données personnelles, RSE, etc.) et contribue à la prise de décision en fournissant des solutions innovantes et des analyses orientées sur les risques.
  • Explorer et benchmark les solutions juridiques et commerciales pour soutenir la croissance de 3DS et les affaires (nouveau modèle d'affaires/distribution, nouveau pays, nouvelle technologie…).
  • Vous avez une formation juridique supérieure de type Master 2 en droit des contrats, des nouvelles technologies, ou de la propriété intellectuelle, et une expérience réussie de 2 ans en droit des contrats dans un environnement international, idéalement dans le secteur du logiciel ou des services informatiques.
  • Doté(e) d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous savez analyser et apprécier un risque juridique, préparer un argumentaire, conduire des négociations et convaincre. Vous avez le sens des priorités et du respect des délais et êtes à l’aise dans un environnement technique.
  • Vous faites preuve de pédagogie et de diplomatie dans vos négociations et vos interactions avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • La curiosité, la créativité, et une grande capacité d’adaptation sont des atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
