Job Description:

Frazier & Deeter is experiencing significantly fast paced growth in the HITRUST marketplace and looking for a manager with HITRUST and HIPAA experience. As a member of this fast-growing team, the selected candidate will be part of an elite assessment team that provides high-quality assessment services to the firm’s clients. This individual will have the opportunity to manage all facets of a book of business, to include: client and personnel management, financial operations, sales and marketing activities, and strategic initiatives that allow FD to maintain its competitive edge in the marketplace. Experience and Skills:

  1. Intimate knowledge of the HITRUST CSF, including experience advising and assessing against all CSF domains for HITRUST readiness and validated assessments;
  2. Experience and knowledge of healthcare operations and business processes;
  3. Working experience in the healthcare industry, including working with the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules and HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF);
  4. Proven experience in managing personnel, clients, and engagement operations;
  5. Experience serving as an industry thought leader through speaking, writing, and other marketing activities;
  6. Demonstrated experience in performing security and privacy risk assessments;
  7. Demonstrated experience performing compliance assessments and implementing regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, PCI);
  8. An understanding of IT security technologies, including network and application security, firewalls, access management, and data protection;
  9. Ability to interpret processes and controls, identify risks and weaknesses that require remediation, develop mitigation action plans, and validate that corrective actions have been remediated;
  10. Effective communicator (oral and written) comfortable with delivering presentations and making recommendations to client senior leadership;
  11. Ability to motivate, develop, and lead team members;
  12. Demonstrated passion for building strong rapport and relationships with internal team and clients;
  13. Exemplifies a positive attitude and strong work ethic with a commitment to teamwork and professionalism;
  14. Highly collaborative with a deep desire to provide innovative solutions to the marketplace, build lasting customer relationships, and be part of a winning team;
  15. Demonstrated experience performing other security assessments such as SOC, ISO, and NIST.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Security or a related field;
  2. CCSFP with 5-10 years of information security and HITRUST experience;
  3. Intimate knowledge of IT security technologies, architecture, and related security solutions;
  4. Working knowledge of IT security frameworks and regulations such as SOC, PCI, NIST and ISO is required.

Preferred Certifications (progress towards or completion of):

  1. HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner)
  2. CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  3. CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  4. CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge)
