Position Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for collaborating with business partners as well as Human Resources partners to support the talent acquisition needs of the business. The Talent Acquisition Partner is held to high performance standards in order to successfully attract top talent in alignment with the goals of the business.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Consults with business to understand and develop appropriate talent strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Proactively sources potential candidates and builds a warm pipeline for core roles at any given time.
  3. Attracts and engages top talent to career opportunities by providing information related to compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, to ensure the candidate experience is positive and informative.
  4. Establishes close partnerships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs and drives the recruitment process in a consultative manner.
  5. Provides regular updates on process steps, candidate pipeline and market intelligence to the Hiring Managers, HRBPs and broader Talent Acquisition Team for awareness.
  6. Meets with management and other key stakeholders on a regular basis to collaborate on optimal approaches to strengthen the candidate pool, including annual recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives.
  7. Provides regular reporting and analysis of requisition history, candidate and market labor data, and sourcing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and hiring manager feedback.
  8. Collaborates with the broader Talent Acquisition Team and the RPO partners.
  9. Ensures a variety of sourcing tools and programs including job boards, social media, attending job-related events, and networking are leveraged.
  10. Complies with Talent Acquisition compliance and performance goals e.g. time to fill, time to offer, req. aging, interview to hire ratio etc. set by the organization.
  11. Creates, coordinates and attends local, national recruitment events and maintains partnerships.
  12. Manages, reports and tracks ROI of events, sponsorships and initiatives.
  13. Negotiates and extends offers of employment to selected candidates. Ensures the offer and pre-employment processes are transferred to the onboarding team.
  14. Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including proper disposition of candidates and document retention.
  15. Values professional growth and development by participating in educational programs, staying current on recruiting-related topics and trends, and participating in relevant meetings and information exchanges.
  16. Indirect supervision of recruitment partner or coordinator (RPO).

Considerations:

  1. These are hybrid positions with three (3) days in office per week.
  2. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to participate in career events, site visits, and internal meetings. Site visits will require you to follow all health & safety protocols on sites.
Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background:

  1. Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant Recruitment work experience.
  2. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 5+ years of relevant Recruitment work experience.

  1. Strong customer orientation and influencing skills.
  2. High level of sense of urgency and bias for action.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Attention to detail and passion for candidate and hiring manager experience.
  5. In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and ability to approach sourcing creatively.
  6. Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast-paced and high-volume recruitment efforts.
  7. In-depth experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques.
  8. Ability to relate and communicate with individuals at all levels effectively in written or oral format.
  9. Able and comfortable to use technology through the entire recruitment process daily.
  10. Ability to work in large or small team environments.
  11. Demonstrate organizational savvy through appropriate engagement of business partners and utilizing escalation protocol as necessary.
  12. Ability to translate business plans to recruitment strategies.
  13. Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment practices.
  14. In-depth knowledge of internal and external market trends.
