Are you passionate about providing care and making a difference in people's lives? CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to deliver non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and individuals in your community. Our flexible scheduling options—daytime, evenings, weekdays, and weekends—allow you to work around your lifestyle.

As a CareLinx caregiver, you'll collaborate with a team of care advisors who will match you with clients that align with your preferences, such as schedule, duration, and the specific needs of each individual.
What We're Looking For:
● A compassionate and caring nature
● Reliability and professionalism
● Strong communication skills
● Ability to work independently
● Comfort with managing varying client schedules
● Tech-savvy
Qualifications:
● At least six (6) months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
● Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus)
● COVID vaccination status disclosure
● Completion of required training and vetting
● Medical documentation (physicals, TB tests) as required by state regulations
