At Bluegreen Vacations, you can join our talent acquisition team and assist with building it from the ground up. The national sales and marketing Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions in a timely manner with qualified sales & marketing candidates.
Your focus will be:
- To build a consistent robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives
- Partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments
- Building a strong local network consisting of entry-level and experienced professionals
- Planning and executing career networking events, job fairs, etc.
- Developing a recruitment action plan
- Maintaining accurate staffing reports
- Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universities

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years high volume recruiting experience
- 2+ years sales recruiting experience
- 1+ years timeshare recruiting experience, preferred
- Must have the ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Sense of urgency, motivated and persistent
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Relationship building
- Ability to travel 25%
