We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team, foster franchisee relationships, and drive brand awareness. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with our mission and growth objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills with a proven track record in brand management, marketing strategy development, and franchisee engagement.
Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy- Develop and implement short and long term marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Set goals at a managerial level and create budgets for the marketing department.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines all planned marketing activities and events.
- Develop a marketing support ecosystem that assists franchisees in their local market presence, including digital marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Lead initiatives to engage franchisees and ensure their alignment with brand values and strategies.
- Identify performance metrics that align with business objectives.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of platforms and tools necessary for measuring these metrics.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
- Restaurant and/or retail experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing (including social media), and market analytics
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
