There are location perimeters. Must be licensed where you sit and this role is open to the following states: Washington, Oregon, Texas, North Carolina, DC, Missouri or California. 

 Duties:

4-5 years of solid commercial real estate experience

Preference being construction contracting and real estate development

Familiar with drafting and reviewing leases and purchase and sale agreements

Familiar with standard real estate terms

Comfortable with technology

Other duties assigned

Duration: 6 months but she expects it will go longer

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (or close to that)

Pay: $60-$75/hour DOE (w2)

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
