Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Sales Director to join Azalea Trails community located in Tyler, Texas. Demonstrated success as a leader in similar settings is required of the Sales Director.

Requires a Tuesday – Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve high occupancy via direct sales interaction with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral resources.
  2. Outreach efforts with various medical professionals and organizations that can refer prospects to quality Senior Living options.
  3. Full management of the community's CRM database.
  4. Development of community events that engage consumers and create exposure to our Senior Living services.
  5. Perform facility marketing and sales activities including community events, prospective resident generation, tours, and follow-up.
  6. Grow the community’s social media presence by posting high-quality pictures and engaging stories at least three times a week.
  7. Build the community’s digital reputation by requesting positive online reviews from residents, family, vendors, and community partners.
  8. Monitor sales and other key metrics to ensure maximum results.
  9. Develop and implement an annual Marketing Action Plan, reviewed quarterly.
  10. Participate in local community activities with attention to clergy, medical, legal, financial, and business entities.
  11. Maintain contact and develop relationships with local associations and organizations that serve seniors.
  12. Prepare and deliver presentations promoting the community as needed.
  13. Ensure company profitability by meeting all facility activity and marketing budgets and census guidelines.
  14. Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective residents to determine qualifications for residence.
  15. Conduct competition studies to determine strengths/weaknesses and market trends.
  16. Manage inventory and distribution of all marketing materials.
  17. Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 3+ years of outside sales experience; senior living sales experience a plus.
  3. Proven track record of success in senior living sales or a similar industry.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  9. Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  10. A caring disposition towards the elderly.
  11. Active current driver’s license in good standing.
  12. Typing skills.
  13. Neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance.
  14. Exceptional problem-solving, conflict management, and budgeting skills.
