- Customer-Centric Innovation : Conduct detailed customer research and interviews, translating industry needs into technically detailed requirements, user stories, and product features.
- Wireframing & Prototyping : Work with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams to clearly communicate new product concepts to engineering teams.

- Feature Prioritization : Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring high-impact features and technical upgrades are prioritized and delivered on schedule.
- Stakeholder Communication : Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners, including status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Technical Feasibility Assessments : Work closely with software engineers to assess technical constraints and explore solutions that align with both customer needs and platform capabilities.
- Market & Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about the latest trends in upstream oil & gas technology, data analytics, and real-time systems, using these insights to shape product development.
Qualifications

- Agile Methodology Knowledge : Experience with agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation.
- Wireframing & Prototyping : Proficiency with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to create user flows, product wireframes, and prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
- Strong Communication Skills : Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oil & Gas : Familiarity with upstream oil & gas workflows, drilling operations, or completion processes.
- Experience with Data Analytics Platforms : Experience managing products related to real-time data processing, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies : Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS) and scalable data solutions.
