Title: Clinical Director of Audiology

Andwell Medical Partners, the multi-specialty Medical Group of Andwell Health Partners has an exciting opportunity available to launch and lead Andwell Audiology

What You’ll Do:

  1. Shape and spearhead the launching of a multi-Audiologist practice in Lewiston, Maine. Live and work within an hour from the coast, the mountains, and lakes regions. Centrally located 40 minutes north of Portland, 20 minutes west of Brunswick, and only two hours north of Boston.
  2. Innovate, inspire, and transform lives in a thriving community. With your visionary leadership, enhance patient care and create a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of traditional hearing healthcare.
  3. In partnership with your administrative dyad partner (Practice Manager) and Andwell Medical Partners Leadership, build operational processes, audiology strategic plan, and budget.
  4. Oversee clinical practice, quality, patient experience, and serve as direct supervisor for a team of audiologists.
  5. Enjoy a balance of direct clinical practice and clinical team leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Master's or Au.D. degree in Audiology required.
  2. Active Audiology licensure and CCC-A certification.
  3. Valid State of Maine License in Audiology.
  4. Two years of experience in audiology required.
  5. Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
  6. Deep commitment to patient-centered, clinically excellent care delivery.
