I am the Medical Director for Sound's hospitalist program at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon.   • We are a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, consisting of fourteen physicians and six advanced practice providers (APPs). We come from diverse backgrounds, both geographically and educationally, creating a rich tapestry of perspectives in patient care.

Practice
  • Our hospital recently completed a multi-million-dollar expansion and renovation, providing state-of-the-art facilities for our patients.
  • We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and Sound Tele-ICU support at night. We are seeking advanced practice providers who are dedicated to patient care. There are no procedural requirements.
  • We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations.
  • Benefits encompass medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, a 401(k) with matching contributions, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
