Do you have an eye for design and compelling visual concepts? Uline is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to work on special creative projects including a Northwoods Wisconsin lodge, supper club, boutique store and coffee shop as well as an Illinois theatre venue. Uline's Creative department is a growing powerhouse of 170+ team members who execute content on tight deadlines with consistent brand clarity. Join us

Position Responsibilities

  • Cultivate creative concepts and transform ideas into high-quality print and digital designs for a wide range of projects.

  • Lead assigned projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, client needs and deadlines.

  • Participate in design review meetings with upper management.

  • Develop photo concepts and work with photography team to execute the vision.

  • Mentor, inspire and assist Graphic Designers on projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

  • 8+ years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.

  • Portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of print and digital design.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and macOS.

  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management and Content Management software.
