Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

  • Maintain financial records for one of the companies
  • All AP, AR, reconciliations at month end
  • The Full Charge Bookkeeper will keep track of Certificates of insurance and make sure employees are up to date on their licensing
  • Assist with Payroll
  • AIA Billing

Preferred Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

  • Experience with AP, AR, and billing
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Proficient in Excel is a plus
