Job Title: Outpatient Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Lake Charles, LA
Compensation:

* Base Salary: Starting at $235,000 annually
* Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
* Relocation Bonus: $15,000
* Quality Bonus: Up to $5,000 per quarter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Lake Charles, LA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including significant bonuses and support for relocation. H1B visa candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

* Patient Care:

* Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
* Perform routine physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
* Manage a variety of medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory diseases, and more.
* Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

* Collaboration:

* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure continuity of care.
* Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate care across different providers.

* Quality Improvement:

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
* Meet or exceed quality benchmarks, with the opportunity to earn quarterly quality bonuses.

* Documentation & Compliance:

* Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and guidelines.

* Community Involvement:

* Engage with the local community to promote health and wellness.
* Participate in outreach programs and events as a representative of the clinic.

Qualifications:

* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
* Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
* Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana (or ability to obtain).
* H1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
