Strategically set and close appointments to meet and exceed targets.
Build rapport with clients and provide personalized communication to enhance satisfaction.
Contribute to team goals and maintain a supportive, collaborative environment.
Exceed office expectations through effective task prioritization and forward-thinking strategies.
Schedule and follow up on appointments to ensure client needs are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications
Ability and willingness to go door-to-door for direct outreach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust and credibility.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve individual and team goals.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
Must have reliable transportation for a territory within 15-30 miles.
Compensation & Rewards:
Unlimited commission and performance incentives. Starting potential: $70,000/year. Top performers earn up to $160,000/year.
Flexible schedule: typical work week: Tuesday - Saturday.
