SENIORITY LEVEL: Senior Level

FUNCTION: Growth Management Department, Marketing Division

LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Guy Etheridge, SDR Analytics and Architecture

Number of Direct Reports: Approx. 3-5

Core Relationships:

Internal: Consumer and Commercial Marketing Teams, Pricing and Investment Teams

External: Clients, Vendors, Partners

Geographic Scope: Local

Travel Required: 20% of travel required

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Lead the Tomorrow Labs team in developing and implementing advanced business analytics strategies.
  • Oversee the development of data-driven insights and advanced models to support marketing and growth management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Ensure the effective use of data analytics tools and methodologies to drive business performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in business analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and practices.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in business analytics or related field. An advanced degree and direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the years of service requirement.
  • Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Education / Qualifications / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Master's in Business Analytics preferred.
