Mastech Digital is an IT Staffing and Digital Transformation Services company.

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Business Consultant for our client in the IT Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Pleasanton, CA - Hybrid

Role: Business Consultant

Primary Skills: Business Analysis

Role Description: The Business Consultant must have 4-6+ years of experience.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field OR Minimum two (2) years’ experience in communications, writing, marketing, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Internal Communications: Ensuring clear and consistent communication within the organization. This involves drafting emails, memos, and newsletters to keep employees informed about company news and initiatives.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with stakeholders to ensure they are informed and engaged with the organization’s activities.
  3. Marketing and Customer Communications: Promoting the organization’s products or services through various channels, including social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  4. Brand Management: Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s brand image. This involves creating and managing branding materials, such as logos, slogans, and visual content.
  5. Content Creation: Producing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials. This content helps to promote the organization’s message and engage with its audience.
  6. Media and Public Relations: Support in managing the organization’s relationship with the media and the public, including organizing press conferences, product launches, and interviews.
  7. Crisis Communication: Developing strategies to handle communication during crises, including preparing statements and managing media inquiries.
  8. Communication Plans: Supporting the development of strategic communication plans with guidance from more senior colleagues.
  9. Event Management: Support planning and executing events that promote the organization.

Experience: Minimum 4-6+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
