What You’ll Do

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support and participate in all aspects of a full-cycle recruiting process. You will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify, scope, and deliver exceptional candidates for opportunities with Imagine Pediatrics across a range of functions including clinical, corporate, and technology.
  • Source candidates utilizing a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), and our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process and communicate with hiring managers about the status of assigned requisitions.
  • Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
  • Support the talent team and various business leaders with a range of recruiting projects and initiatives related to process improvement, onboarding, candidate experience, applicant tracking system, etc.
  • Operate as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to hiring managers, HR staff, and other team members.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience for a network of qualified candidates.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information.

  • 1-2+ years of experience recruiting in either an in-house recruiting function or search firm.
  • Prior experience recruiting clinical or healthcare roles preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • A demonstrated ability and interest in quickly learning and applying new concepts to continually improve at assigned responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and an interest in taking on and completing projects of varying scope.
  • Proficiency in application tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse).
