Accounting Manager

Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

  • Independently handle the responsibilities surrounding the month end close
  • Ad hoc reporting needed for Senior Management
  • Analytics responsibilities such as budget vs. actual, forecasting, discuss variances with CFO / upper management
  • Review sub-ledger activity
  • Recommend areas of improvement / new procedures to streamline processes

Experience we need:

  • Knowledgeable Accountant with 4+ years of experience, however all levels encouraged to apply
  • Naturally software and tech savvy
  • Nonprofit industry experience
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to articulate knowledge in this area

Experience that would make you stand out

  • Web based ERP knowledge such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, or other related systems
