As our IT Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our organizational efficiency through cutting-edge technology and streamlined processes. Your mission? To improve workflows, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our technology is not just used, but fully optimized to meet our ambitious goals


What You’ll Do:

  • Technology Acquisition & Implementation: Work closely with department leaders to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and implement new technologies that align with our strategic vision—all while ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
  • Technology Management & Optimization: Oversee the management of our tech tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively across sales, marketing, finance, and more. Your knack for building strong vendor relationships will ensure top performance
  • Systems Administration: Handle the day-to-day admin of our systems, maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance while troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish, keeping everyone aligned with timelines and budgets. Your proactive approach will ensure risks are managed and projects stay on track.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to uncover efficiency gains and develop best practices that enhance data management and communication across the organization.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards that track KPIs, providing valuable insights to senior leadership that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Change Management & Training: Champion change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes. You’ll design and deliver training programs that enhance user engagement and proficiency.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, project management, or related roles with a focus on technology and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technology acquisition and systems administration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (like Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and data analysis tools.
